Our Export & Supply Approach

From field to consignment, one disciplined sequence

Every order moves through the same six stages. The detail changes with the commodity; the discipline does not.

The Process

How an order is prepared

Sourcing, quality assessment, handling, packaging, order preparation and supply — each stage has a purpose, and each one is completed before the next begins.

Stage One

Sourcing

We start from the requirement, not from stock. Commodity, variety, grade, quantity and timing are matched against agricultural supply, taking season and availability into account. Where a requirement cannot be met properly, we say so rather than substitute quietly.

Stage Two

Quality assessment

Lots are examined against the agreed description before they are committed to an order. The characteristics that matter differ by commodity — condition, cleanliness, moisture, foreign matter, uniformity — and each line is assessed on the terms that apply to it.

Stage Three

Processing & handling, where applicable

Cleaning, sorting, grading or similar handling is arranged where the commodity and the order call for it. Handling is planned so that the commodity is disturbed as little as possible between assessment and packing.

Stage Four

Packaging

Packing material, pack size and marking are confirmed with the buyer, then applied consistently across the consignment. Packaging is chosen for the commodity and for the journey ahead of it, not simply for what is convenient to fill.

Stage Five

Order preparation

The consignment is assembled, checked against the confirmed specification and prepared with the documentation the transaction requires. Buyers are kept informed as the order reaches readiness.

Stage Six

Supply & export

Despatch is coordinated for domestic supply or for export, according to the terms agreed. Communication continues through handover, so a buyer knows where their consignment stands.

Behind The Process

Principles applied at every stage

01 / Clarity

Agree it before you do it

Specification, packing and quantity are recorded up front, so the order is judged against something written rather than remembered.

02 / Care

Handle the commodity properly

Agricultural produce responds to how it is treated. Handling and storage decisions are made with the commodity in mind.

03 / Consistency

The sample should reflect the lot

What is shown at assessment should be what is supplied at despatch, across the whole consignment.

04 / Communication

No silent surprises

If something changes — availability, timing, condition — the buyer hears it from us early, not on arrival.

05 / Coordination

One order, one owner

Each consignment is coordinated end to end so nothing falls between sourcing, packing and despatch.

06 / Continuity

Built for the next order

Every consignment is prepared as though the buyer will judge us on it — because repeat trade is the point.

Working With Us

What we need from an enquiry

The faster we understand the requirement, the more accurate our response. A useful enquiry usually covers four things.

  • Commodity and specification — including variety or grade where relevant.
  • Quantity and frequency — trial, one-off consignment or repeat supply.
  • Packing requirement — material, pack size and any marking instructions.
  • Destination and timeline — domestic supply or export, and when it is needed.
